Logo guidelines

Who can use the BMV logo?

The BMV logo can only be used by third-party business allies, including rental partners, integrators, dealers, distributors, agents, resellers, and education partners. Other parties must obtain specific written approval from BMV to use the logo

Use for marketing purposes only

The use of the BMV logo is limited to marketing purposes. It can only be used in advertising, collateral, on web pages, in showrooms, at tradeshows and events, and only in direct relation to the sale and/or rental of Barco products

The BMV logo is a word image combination that is used consistently by all BMV worldwide.

The logo consists of two elements:

Color Block Earth
and
BMV lettering

Important note:
Generally, Color Block Earth nor lettering are marked with a copyright symbol.

ELEMENTS

Color Block Earth and the BMV lettering can be used solitary, without requiring a permit from the Board.

When possible, the complete logo should be displayed; the individual components only in exceptional cases (e.g. if there is not enough space).

The separation of the logo elements and subsequent use in close proximity to each other is not allowed.

Logos are multi-colored and can be defined using the following colors

For label printing, different HKS colors can be defined. An appropriate color chart must be requested if required.

If any other color definitions are necessary, this must be authorized by the marketing department.

PROPORTIONS

The ratio width to height is 8:2.3.

The proportions within the logo are predefined and cannot bechanged. changed.

Changes or add-ons to the logo are not allowed.

Preferably the logo should be printed on a white, black, or violet background. On a dark background the logo can be displayed as a reversed/ white version.

In all cases, the legibility of the BMV logo must be ensured (high contrast). If you are in doubt, please contact the marketing department for consultation.

If using the BMV logo as a watermark, reduce the opacity of the logo to 10%.

ISOLATION AREA

In the isolation area, no other objects shall be placed. The distance to the next object must be at least one quarter of the logo width.
